Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about my services. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain perspective, and better understand yourself and what you need. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
I provide psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other challenges. I also provide psychological assessment services, with a particular interest in intellectual and cognitive testing, gifted and twice-exceptional (2e) evaluations, ADHD, and autism. My approach is integrative and individualized, drawing from cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, attachment-based, and emotion-focused approaches. I offer both in-person and telehealth services.
I recently completed my postdoctoral residency at the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System and completed my doctoral internship at Jefferson Center for Mental Health in Colorado. I earned my undergraduate degree from Florida State University and my doctoral degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington, D.C. As a native of Nokomis and graduate of Pine View School for the Gifted, returning to Southwest Florida to practice psychology is especially meaningful to me. Outside of psychology, I work as a fitness instructor, reflecting my belief in the important connection between physical and mental well-being. I would be honored to support you or your family and look forward to connecting.
