Sarah is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who earned her BA in Psychology from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania and her dual MS Degree in Marriage and Family and Mental Health Counseling from Barry University. With over 21 years of experience in both education and mental health counseling, she brings a unique blend of understanding and compassion to her work. Before transitioning to therapy, she spent 17 years as an educator, which gave her invaluable insights into human development, communication, and personal growth.
She recognizes that every person is unique and her approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that healing is a deeply personal process. She strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel supported and empowered to explore their emotions, overcome obstacles, and work toward meaningful change. She believes in meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them as they move toward their goals.
If clients are ready to take that next step in their emotional and mental health journey, she would be honored to walk with them through the process of healing and growth.
